职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
a)Experience of working in a customer service environment (internal or external customers).
- Working with business users to resolve issues and troubleshoot complex scenarios.
- Working with business users to improve and develop existing processes.
b)Ability to work to a high level of detail, accuracy and quality on a consistent basis.
c)Experience in using SAP or equivalent ERP system is advantageous but not essential.
d)Appreciation and practical experience of developing and working with well defined processes and procedures, including the use of KPIs and performance measures.
e)Experience of using Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
f)Good communication skill in English.
