岗位职责和要求：
职位要求：

1）负责公司招聘渠道管理、应聘简历筛选、面试组织和录用审批程序办理
2）薪酬核算（必备）
3）负责员工绩效计划及岗位职能考评资料收集、统计和归档。
4）培训工作：
负责员工培训需求统计及培训组织，每月进行各部门的培训实施效果审查。根据培训效果审查以及公司实际需要，协助人事主管，合理建议改进公司培训体系。
负责内部培训资源的整理、保存、共享，营造内部知识管理平台
5）其他临时交办工作

任职资格
1）学历要求：专科以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、中文等专业。
2）工作经验：
熟悉常用的招聘渠道，熟悉招聘流程；
熟悉员工任职资格体系。
了解劳动法律法规，较丰富的人力资源管理知识与经验。
有企业培训相关经验
3）英文能力良好；
4）较强的学习能力和责任心，娴熟的计算机操作能力，良好的语言表达能力及文字表达能力。
5）沟通协调能力强，能承受一定的工作压力，学习能力强。.
