2.At least more than 3 years Recruitment and training working expeirences in HR field.The candidate who has working in production company is prefered.
4.Be familiar to ISO9000 system foucs on training process.
3.Have good recruitment and training skill.Be willing to working activity and independent.
4.Be able to write training material and manage training system.
5.Good English skill and communication skill.
6.Clear thinking, open-mind, and self-motivate.Can working under presure.
Job Description:
1.Organizing training, analysis of qualification and training requirements conception of qualification and trainings.
2.Take care of staff development topic.
3.Handle office staff recruitment, including Put ad.on, screen resume, arrange and take 1st interview and recommend qualified candidates to other Department.
4.Prepare Offer letter.
5.Take are of new staff on board process.
6.Office staff probabion performance appraisal follow-up..
