岗位职责和要求：
Director, Material, CD

LOCATION:Zhuhai
REPORTS TO:Plant Manager, CD

PURPOSE:
As the Site Materials Director, you will be located at our Zhuhai Facility and will work within the Consumer Digital segment. You will be responsible for all supply chain activities to include all purchasing management, warehouse control and performance. Management of Master production scheduling and production planning. Role also includes inbound/outbound transportation management for Consumer Digital segment at Doumen Site. Task also included responsibility for new product introduction and customer pricing.


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Material Director will:
Ensure availability of all raw material in line with customer forecasts
End to end Production planning to meet customer on time delivery requests
Inventory performance management including excess, Obsolete and liability mitigation including target setting
Site Material transfer management to limit liabilities
SMI/VMI Control and Implementation to ensure supply chain flexibility to meet global targets
ERP Management at site including implementation of new functionality
Inbound Raw material transportation through bonded warehouse in accordance with China customs
Export outbound product management to customer destination balancing quota requirements in line with china custom regulations
Development and training of supply chain team to manage commodity based supply chain in Electronics, Electro mechanics and mechanical assemblies along with preparing team to meet business segment’s challenging growth targets
Enhance and support vertical integration strategy
Customer quarterly pricing updates
Management of NPI materials processes through end of life
Report monthly performance metrics for supply chain activities
Working hand in hand with Global Procurement organization in developing supplier selection approved vendor lists including supplier Quality, Delivery performance and cost
Warehouse management receive, pick ,pull, cycle count performance
Interface with key campus customers to ensure customer satisfaction service levels


REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:
Degree level experience in managing high volume consumer electronics commodity purchasing
Candidate must have at least 15+ years in materials and supply chain management with global commodities, in which at least 10 years in a managerial role
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Verbal and written communication, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Familiarity with China inbound/outbound customs Helpful
ERP system management
Familiarity with spreadsheet, word-processing, presentation and database application software required.
Experience with EMS companies and/or operations helpful
The flexibility to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
