任职资格：
1、机械或相关专业本科
2、8年以上工作经验，至少3年以上生产管理或同等职位工作经验。
3、熟悉精益生产，有跨国公司精益生产经验
4、与机械产品质量相关的丰富的知识和经验，熟悉生产过程质量检验、控制、改进
5、最好具有和欧美外方人员共事经验 英文优秀
6、领导能力优秀
7、良好的英文交流能力
Qualifications Required(Knowledge, Skill & Abilities)
1 Educated in mechanics or related subjects with university degree
2 Over 8 years and above working experience. At least 3 years experience as lean manufacturing leader or equivalent;
3 Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing and working experience in leading lean manufacturing deployment in multinational company;
4 Rich knowledge and experience in quality of mechanical product, Knowledge and Experience in in-process Quality Insurance and improvement
5 Some experience with working with foreigners (US, Europe) is of advantage and Good English skills.
6 Good leadership
7 English communication ability during working and training conditions.
