岗位职责和要求：
职责：
1、负责预算和成本的控制；
2、财务分析；
3、帐目清算及报告；
4、分析并对财务数据作出解释；
5、向高级管理层提出有关改进系统和财务运转的建议；
6、向财务总监报告。
任职资格：
1、教育背景：财务或相关专业本科以上学历
2、工作经验：有3年以上财务管理工作经验；在跨国公司有1-2年的相关工作经验更佳；
3、工作技能：
1）熟悉各种财务报表，能合理避税，并能根据月、季、年 度财务状况做各项财务分析；熟悉会计准则、财务法规；
2）熟悉公司财务分析、预算管理，具备时间管理技能；
3）了解财务ERP系统，有SAP经验更佳；
4）流利的中英文表达能力，熟悉操作计算机财务软件和办公应用软件；
5）有良好的判断分析能力及独立思考能力。
6）个性特征：责任感强、工作自主，有效率，有较强的学习能力，具备团队合作精神，能够独立工作并承受一定的工作压力。.
