岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:

-Support the Design manager in consumer project design and prepare for artwork and drawing of the packaging materials (card, IM, sleeve, carton…..)
-Support Project Engineers in following up the design of new consumer projects
-Constant design improvement according to the actual situation or request from marketing department
-Cooperate with ME to provide support (trouble shooting) for manufacturing of the project in the production line.
-Responsible for the packaging components and first product qualification and prepare for the MQR golden samples.
-Prepare and update component and product specifications as per engineering change notice, product renovation etc.
-Prepare for and make sure the ECN and PCN can be effectively implemented.

Qualifications:

-Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
-Bachelor degree or above on Industry design engineering
-At least 3 years packaging design experience
-Familiar with packaging material(art paper, corrugated board…) and printing process
-Good computer skill (Microsoft office, Power Point, Excel)
-Be expert at Graphic software ( illustrator CS and Auto cad and Photo shop )
-Strong responsibility and can handle many projects at same time
-Good team work spirit and cooperation ability.
-Effective communication skill.
-ERP system knowledge is preferable..
