1、联系欧洲总部的加工和质量部门；
2、为本地的加工和采购部门在选择供应商方面提供技术支持；
3、分析供应商的生产方法，以保证产品质量；
4、评估加工程序并做出相应的成本分析；
5、改良现有供应商的加工程序；
6、与采购和加工部门合作，发展和管理供应商网络；
7、设计新的加工程序，刀具使用，机械辅助制造（CAM）软件，并准备数控（CNC）程序；
8、定时拜访中国中南部的供应商，改良加工程序。

要求
1、28-38岁；
2、大学英语4级；
3、机械工程专业，加工制造专业优先；
4、5年以上设计高精密度机械零件加工程序的经验；
5、3年以上使用机械辅助制造（CAM）系统设计数控（CNC）机器工具系统（车削、铣、镗）的经验；
6、具有刀具和夹具机床（铣、镗、磨机械）的扎实知识；
7、与供应商生产部门有效地合作；
8、积极主动，善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神，目标性强。

Job Description and Responsibilities
1.Contact European headquarter's production and quality departments;
2.Give technical support to local manufacturing and purchasing department to choose and manage the subsuppliers;
3.Analyze production methods used by subsuppliers in order to guarantee quality standard;
4.Evaluate processing cycles and related cost analysis;
5.Improve present subsuppliers'manufacturing processes;
6.Cooperate with purchase and manufacturing department to develop and manage subsuppliers'network;
7.Design new manufacturing cycles, tooling use and cam software to prepare CNC programs;
8.Regularly visit subsuppliers located in south and central China and improve the manufacturing process.

Qualifications and Skills
1.28-38 years old;
2.English CET-4 level;
3.Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, majored in Manufacturing is preferred;
4.Minimum 5 years experience in designing manufacturing processes of high precision mechanical components;
5.3 years proven working experience in using cam system to work out CNC machine tools programs (turning, milling, boring);
6.Strong knowledge of tooling and fixtures lathes – milling, boring and grinding machines;
7.Able to interact with the production department of subsuppliers;
8.Must be able to work in an integrated dynamic environment;
9.Active, dynamic and communicative team spirit and goal oriented..
