岗位职责和要求：
POSITION SUMMARY
Assist the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of raw materials and components inventory management, including planning, purchasing, vendor management, tracking and delivery.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Authorized to act as an agent for BD Asia in the purchase of raw materials and components in accordance with planning requirements, the highest ethical standards, and BD’s Quality System procedure.
-Responsible for interpreting, analyzing and developing reports and systems to coordinate the integration of seasonal line and product changes for maximum inventory management efficiency and minimal discontinued merchandise.
-Responsible for closely monitoring seasonal product literature, packaging and labeling changes to insure uninterrupted supply of most current promotion and packaging materials, in cooperation with Product Development and Marketing/Art department resources and demands.
-Authorized and responsible for maintaining purchasing & inventory systems with accurate delivery dates for open orders, justifying discrepancies and closing, changing or canceling purchase orders as required and in accordance with sales forecast, and reporting pertinent information to Purchasing Manager and other interested parties (such as sales, DC, etc.).
-Responsible for developing, refining and maintaining excellent vendor relationships with the goal of optimum quality, cooperation and trust between vendors and Black Diamond.
-Authorized and responsible for conducting periodic on-site vendor audits and evaluations, as directed by Purchasing Manager and in accordance with BD Quality System procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Candidates must be bachelor graduate.
Language: Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak English in addition to Mandarin.
Work Experience: Candidates must have at least three years purchasing/planning experience in manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least two years engineering experience.
Skills and General Experience:
-Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Engineering background.
-Strong negotiating skills are required.
-Familiar with different materials, particularly metals, plastics and textiles.
-Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements.
-Familiar with ERP system..
