岗位职责和要求：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

-Develop and manage sales plan to hit sales targets.
-Provide sales support to customer through knowledge of product.
-Keep customers updated the advances in product technology.
-Technically understand the complete PCB process and be able to provide 1st line support to troubleshooting problems.
-Work with application engineering to for problem solving.
-Work with customer service and manufacturing for order coordination.
-Develop and maintain multi level relationship with the customers.
-Work with sales manager on gross profit issues
-Stay in touch with consumer trends.
-Understand and know the competition.
-Manage inventory and take active role in selling aged inventory.
-Work with customers and credit department in discrepancy's and payment issues.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-BS or BA in Engineering or Business Administration and min of 5 years experience in a related field.

-Good understanding of PCB manufacturing process.

-Competencies in the following areas:
-PCB industry knowledge and drilling process knowledge is a plus.
-Sales lead generation, essentially achieve sales targets
-Work independently under pressure
-Responding to customer requests and delivering on commitments
-Initiating actions to solve problems when normal processes are not defined or not working.
