Our client is an international group active in the manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements and components. Talent Spotter is searching on behalf of our client for qualified and motivated talents to join the winning team.


Position: Visual Merchandising Officer
Report to: National Merchandising Manager (based in Shanghai)
Job Location: Guangzhou/ Beijing


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Report directly to Merchandising Manager for carrying out local POS (Point of Sales) decoration requests;
- Daily management and coordination with local retainer in terms of POS delivery, and all related decoration projects;- Control and manage local POS inventory and update POS database for the areas concerned;
- Plan merchandising and decoration material for the next year in the region;
- Responsible for the quality of the stores presentation;
- Assistant whole marketing team on merchandising part of specific projects


REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in English & Mandarin language skills;
- College graduate in business, design or engineering subjects;
- Minimum 3 years related experience preferably in POS retail display management, interior design and/or exhibition/ events management;
- Reliable and well organized, willingness to travel extensively;
- High level of independence & good communication skills.
