岗位职责和要求：
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1.Develop, implement and manage the subsidiary company's HSE program

2.Communicate to the corporate and country level HSE expectations

3.Measure, document and report the subsidiary company's HSE performance

4.Assess opportunities for improvement; set and achieve goals based on the subsidiary company's HSE performance

5.Ensure HSE Plans are developed and implemented at Subsidiary levels

6.Support operations in developing Jobs and Task Hazard analyses

7.Ensure Personal Protective Equipment requirements are established and managed

8.Define with Operations the frequency and responsibilities for plant HSE inspections, also for customer's site HSE inspection

9.Prepare and organize HSE meetings at the subsidiary company level, ensure deployment at department level

10.Ensure personnel involvement in HSE

11.Set department priorities to effectively support sustainable compliance on Health, Safety, and Environmental issues. Prioritize issues and projects to achieve sustainable compliance with all applicable mandatory regulations and corporate requirements

12.Help develop HSE related training and qualification activities and requirements

13.Research and drive implementation of corporate OH&S standard, COP and best practices

14.Stay current on regulatory issues and trends through seminars, other Sites or corporate/country HSE departments, and networking.

15.Communicate and coordinate efforts with other subsidiary companies or corporate /country HSE departments

Requirements for functional knowledge:

1.Comprehensive understanding of applicable HSE regulations, concepts and trends

2.Ability to understand and interpret complex mandatory regulations and their impact on the subsidiary company's operations

3.Ability to anticipate and plan for changes

4.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with different groups with diverse needs and requirements; ability to motivate and manage the performance of others

5.Self-starter with the vision and drive to lead a subsidiary company's HSE program

6.Computer literate

7.Ability to participate in on-site investigations/meetings/visits

8.Fluent in English or mandarin

Education and Experience:

1.Engineering degree or equivalent

2.3~5 years relevant experience in HSE field, (manufacturing or construction or project management)

3.>2 years managing experience.
