岗位职责和要求:
Transfer Pricing
Ernst & Young’s dedicated Transfer Pricing team in China comprises six full time transfer pricing partners and three part time transfer pricing partners. In addition, we have over 70 full-time Transfer Pricing professionals with multiple language skills and in depth understanding of transfer pricing issues in China. We have veteran professionals with extensive practical and academic experience in assisting Fortune global companies in transfer pricing planning, developing documentation and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), managing transfer pricing risks, and defending against national and local transfer pricing investigations.
Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations;
-Analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions;
-Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services / work products;
-Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services;
-Identify and pursue transfer pricing opportunities with the aim to get new engagements;
-Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals;
-Manage the work of client service team members;
-Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
Requirements:
-A bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax, accounting, or MBA;
-A minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing or similar experience for Managers, and 2-4 years experience for Seniors. Candidates with experience in general taxation and financial analysis will also be considered for Seniors staff level position.
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
-Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal / written communication skills;
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment;
-Excellent command of spoken and written English. Mandarin speaking is an advantage;
-Proficiency in MS office;
-Traveling within Greater China is required..
