岗位职责和要求:
Job Purpose:
To provide local technical expertise to the China offices and support the Dyson Group IT Infrastructure, including network infrastructure, Firewalls, VPN’s, NT / 2000 domains and email systems. Also to provide 2nd line desktop and laptop support and liaise with UK Service Delivery
Key responsibilities include:
-Support of Dyson Front Office equipment, including laptops, desktops, telephony, mobile devices.
-Support of Dyson Infrastructure, including Servers, WAN, LAN and Email systems.
-Involvement with core infrastructure upgrade projects (such as roll-out of Active Directory / Firewall upgrades etc).
-Participation in the process and documentation improvement projects scheduled.
Principal Accountabilities:
Support
-Provide technical assistance and problem determination of the core technologies utilised within the organisation including:
-Microsoft Backoffice products.
-Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Applications.
-HP server, workstation and laptops.
-Microsoft Exchange Server.
-Dyson Group Local Area Network (LAN).
-Dyson Group Wide Area Network (WAN).
-Provision of second line support for China offices.
Systems Administration
-Provide system administration for:
-Local PBX support and mobile devices.
-Dyson Group Microsoft Windows NT domain and Active Directory.
-Dyson Group email system, Microsoft Exchange Server.
Projects
-Participate in Service Delivery and Infrastructure based projects to implement new systems and technologies.
-Involvement with implementations by 3rd parties, from initial supplier selection, through commercial agreement until final project completion.
Global Team
-Participate in projects to improve systems, processes and service delivery quality within the team, department and wider business.
-Liaise and if required escalate within Service Delivery or Infrastructure team to provide knowledge transfer to ensure a consistent level of systems understanding is achieved.
-Publish, improve and manage internal I.T. documentation.

-Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP:
-Desktop / Laptop Support (Essential).
-Microsoft Office 2000 / 2003 (Essential).
-Microsoft Windows NT Server / 2000/ 2003:

-WINS / DNS / DHCP (Essential).
-Bare Metal Builds (Desirable).
-Domain Model (Desirable).
-Microsoft Exchange 5.5 / 2003:
-Maintenance (Desirable).
-Fault Finding (Essential).

-Thorough understanding of the following Networking technologies:
