职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate closely with Development, Costing and merchandising departments to realize the sales targets
2. Make sure products are developed and produced according to material quality standards in factories.
3. Identify and be sensitive to new and more competitive materials to upgrade product level.
4. Collect different materials samples and be proficient in characters evaluations.
5. Provide summary or suggestions on materials problems and submit report for company policy.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. Experience in Footwear industry preferred.
3. Strong negotiation skills and flexible interpersonal skills.
4. Be expert in materials market and other professional relevant knowledge.
5. IT-skills (e-mail, MS Office, Excel or etc).
6. Fluent in English..
