岗位职责和要求：
Job Description

1.To lead & manage the management reporting process(monthly/quarter/annually), assure the report loaded into the system
accurately and timely with in complied with the GAAP & Global policy.
2.To develop & issue the Cost Variance Analysis report to the management through multi-dimension analysis with focusing
on the weakness control.
3.To Partner with other work-streams to deliver the performance commitment during FCST /profit plan process. Continuously
focus and improve the cost control initiatives.
4.To prepare the FCST/Profit Plan deck and lead the communication process with senior management for their target
approval.
5.To lead & manage the new product costing process & integrate the new product costing process to keep the cost visibility during all stages.
6.To lead & manage the costing planning process and STD cost statement in the MFG system to ensure the right cost
methodology applied in the whole costing process.
7.To ensure systems integrity is maintained within the Costing System(QAD)/Real Time Finance System - managing
upgrades and automation with IT Support .
8.To develop, coach and retain a highly skilled team of costing analysts.

Qualifications

1.Finance or Accounting, Bachelor degree or above.
2.Minimum of 3 years Costing/Finance experience at Supervisor level or above.
3.High level of Costing/Finance knowledge, proficient in GAAP and local accounting principles.
4.High degree of system literacy: Excel/Word/Power Point, finance system.
5.Good communication & presentation skills in Chinese & English.
6.Supply Chain experience is preferred..
