职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
To provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring customer convenience and service standards are met or exceeded in the responsible area
To recruit, develop and commit to ensure the co-workers within the area are motivated, competent and service mined
Utilize the internal system which is adhere to Return & Exchange procedures and policies
Manage and follow up the daily operation of the call center
Requirements:
Interest in retail and passionate to improve every day life at home
Excellent communicator in both English and Chinese, spoken and written
2 years or above relative managerial experience in service relative industry
Good data analysis skills and be sensitive to service index.
