职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities:
To provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring customer convenience and service standards are met or exceeded in the responsible area
To recruit, develop and commit to ensure the co-workers within the area are motivated, competent and service mined
Ensure that all cash procedures meet IKEA and legislative requirements
Meet or exceed IKEA's standards on accuracy, cashier speed and benchmarks and scanning
Requirements:
Interest in retail and passionate to improve every day life at home
Excellent communicator in both English and Chinese, spoken and written
2 years or above relative managerial experience in service relative industry
Previous cash service experience preferable.
