岗位职责和要求：
工作职责：
1.负责玩家热线咨询、信息查询及疑难问题的解答；
2.负责游戏论坛管理，回复，处理用户所遇到的问题；
3.负责接受玩家的投诉及意见，并作好记录，及时反馈给公司相关部门；
4.跟踪玩家投诉处理结果，针对处理结果对玩家进行回访；
5.负责对客户投诉的分类及结案情况的统计；
职位要求：
1.普通话标准，亲和力强，具备较强的电话沟通能力；
2.热爱网络游戏，对网络游戏要有深刻了解；
3.熟悉网络游戏客户服务模式，有客户服务方面的工作经验优先；
4.能熟练使用办公软件，打字速度50字/分钟以上；
5.能适应倒班工作时间和可能出现的加班，其中包括国家法定节假日；
6.吃苦耐劳，性格开朗，能接受轮班工作制，能承受较大的工作压力，有良好团队合作精神。.
