岗位职责和要求：
1．大专或本科学历；
2．两年以上工程师工作经验；
3．有户外用品包括电子产品方面,餐具和炊具产品的知识或经验；
4．有编写产品技术资料包括产品规格书的能力和经验;
5．具有新产品的设计和开发经验;并且熟悉整个产品的开发流程;
6．具有开发和评估新供应商的能力;
7．具有产品质量监控和检验的经验和能力;
8．较强的英文听,说,写能力；
9．熟练运用电脑包括AutoCAD，solidwork，Pro-E或其他绘图软件；
10.沟通技能好，工作责任心强；

Requirements:
1.College degree or above, prefer major in mechanic, electronic or Business;
2.Minimum 2-3 years mechanic and electronic product design and manufacturing experiences required;
3.Work experience in outdoor industry is prefer;
4.Ability and experiences in develop product specification;
5.Ability and experiences in new product design and development; familiar with the process in new product development;
6.Good interpersonal skills, strong responsibility, good team player and has good judgment.
7.Ability and experiences in new factory audit and assessment;
8.Ability and experiences in product quality control and inspection;
9.Outgoing personality, excellent professional moral and professional integrity, good at communication and coordination.
9. Skilled in office Micro software, special in Auto-CAD, Solidwork and Pro-E software;
10. Hard work and organized;
11. Proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Mandarin;.
