岗位职责和要求：
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years experience in IT Development and project Management
- Knowledge of Mainframe, server and/or web applications, COBOL, PLI, Assembly language, Java, XML, Websphere family products, UML, MQ, DB2 or Cognos are advantages.
- Basic knowledge of IVR, Call Centre functions and banking operations will be beneficial.
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in spoken Putonghua is a definite advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability..
