职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Installation report and job sheet collection and filing
- Happy call after installation and warranty/CSA service
- Monthly billing
- Monthly KPI report break down to each company
- CSA/parts quotation centralize, contract prepare and filing, AR tracing
- Connect with admin in each company to come out weekly delivery activity and follow up status
- Connect with admin in each company to come out weekly business reports(CSA/parts)
- ASP annual contract prepare and update
- Other general information transfer and broadcast
- North Zone box product bench repair
- BJ Area US/CMS FSE parts logistics
- All SWO dispatch to ASP and also inform through email/phone
- All SWO closure
- Break down regular consignment stock report to each company to push return and update status
- Monthly ASP workload statistic by province by product by service type...
- Weekly ASP SWO TAT report
- Weekly ASP parts TAT report
- Other coordinate affairs...
Candidate Profile:
- More than two years related working experience in IT/Accounting/administration/ commercial/statistic.
- SAP Knowledge is preferred
