岗位职责和要求：
Test, troubleshoot and repair all hardware products produced by Valleylab and other Tyco healthcare product;
Performs product updates, upgrades and modifications per engineering documents;
Provide professional technical support and assistance to customers, internal sales, Distributors, and field service personnel via phone, fax or email;
Routinely works with Tyco engineering, quality, regulatory and manufacturing personnel to resolve technical issues;
Prepare professional service reports for customers detailing repair;

Education required/ preferred:
Bachelor degree on Electrical or equivalent

Experience:
At least 3 years of healthcare technical service experience or equivalent

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
1.Knowledge of electronic theory, digital and anolog;
2.Ability to troubleshoot at component level;
3.Skills in technical measurement using standard technical tools, such as digital meter, oscilloscope, etc;
4.Effective verbal and written communication skill;
5.Demonstrate superior workmanship, quantity, and quality in all work areas;

Other Capabilities/ Skills:
Open-minded, self-motivated, have can-do spirit, hard working, positive thinking, team player.
Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
