岗位职责和要求：
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Monitor the equipment sales order process;
- Create configuration document for sales orders by Selcat application;
- Accurately prepare Pre-calculation form according to Selcat configuration and contract summary
- Obtain proper authorization from Line Managers and Controllers for orders process;
- Negotiate with customer for contract terms and conditions according to company policy and guidelines;
- Check and verify the L/C contents and application;
- Monitor and ensure all the Order-intake documentation requirement are fully meet before order process;
- Strictly follow up with periodical closing schedule and related activities;

Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in spoken & written English;
- Good knowledge of contract law, international and local trade affairs;
- Good in finance and logistic knowledge;
- Computer literacy.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Good negotiation skills;
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- At least university degree education background, major in trading or commercial is prefer
- At least 3 years working experience
- Able to work under time pressure and work independently
- Self-starter, self-motivated
