岗位职责和要求：
Responsibility:
-Appointment management
-Preparing letters for applications,
-file and scan documents
-keep a record of state of all the contracts reviewed
-Prepare documents for insurance claims under the instruction and make a record of all claims
-issue insurance certificates under legal secretary instruction
-look after legal secretary email, if needed and be able to type recorded legal comments, should have some legal knowledge.
-Be able to attend government appointments for procedures for annual exam or pay procedure fees to government
-Other Assistance for legal secretary and CEO.

Qualification:
-a law degree or other relevant major,bachelor degree is at least.
-proficiency in spoken and written English.
-at least 2-3 years of working experience.
-good common sense and secretarial skills..
