岗位职责和要求：
Postion Objective:

Responsible for training, recruiting and some office work. This roll will mainly focus on in charge of recruiting, training of Beijing region.


Job responsibilities

Recruiting:

-Provide effective and efficient employment services to meet the business needs of the company.
-Manage the whole recruitment process, which include developing recruitment channels, selection, placement and separation.
-Conduct exit interview to find out root causes and seek for solutions.

Training
- Deliver training programs and workshops to according to different level staff, including organizing the staff activity
- Set up learning reinforcement mechanism and learning effectiveness evaluation
- Handle external training applications in an efficient and fair manner

Requirement:
-Like education field, Proficiency of both oral & written English，Good command of communication skill
-Creative, Persuasiveness and self-confidence, enthusiasm, patience, persistence; willing to work under pressure
-Bachelor degree holder Human Resource, Management or other equivalent.
-At least 5 years relevant experience gained in globe company.
-has the acknowledge with HR knowledge, Labor Law and local regulations
