职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities：
Supervise financial management and develop accounting system
Supervise execution of policy
Cash and accounts receivable management
Develop budget and quarterly forecast, and monitor the progress
Monitor the distribution of profit to both parties
Check the sales contracts and supervise the management of sales contracts
Check the payment to external parties (according to authorization limit)
Co-ordinate annual audit
Prepare all kinds of financial reports to shareholders on timely manner
Report the operations and financial situation to BOD
Others
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
CPA / ACCA
8+ years of experience
Media industry experience preferred
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
Leadership, initiative.
