Job Purpose
To develop, enhance and providing application support for Yield Data Analysis tools to meet internal customers'requirements in a promptness manner.

Principal Accountabilities
-Responsible for developing, enhancing and providing application support for Yield Data Analysis tools.
-Responsible for converting customers'test data into format that can be uploaded into Yield Data Analysis tools.
-Responsible for monitoring Yield Data Analysis tools'utilization rate and initial remedial actions when a tool is over-utilized.
-Responsible for co-working with IT and vendor in tools'development and enhancement.
-Responsible for vendor search, new tool evaluation and justification.
Position Specification
Education or Working Experience
M. S. or Ph. D in Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics. 0 ~ 2 years of relevant working experiences in Yield Data Analysis tools for semiconductor industry.

Professional Skill
-Excellent knowledge on Yield Data Analysis methodologies and tools.
-Strong knowledge of statistics, data mining, data analysis or database
-Programming skills in SAS, Splus/R, C/C++, PERL, Python or other languages
-Good organization and planning skills.
-Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
General Skill
-Basic office computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).
-Good command in both written and spoken English..
