岗位职责和要求：
Job Responsibilities:
Execute engineering assignments for advanced mask processes by project leader.
1.Develop advanced mask writing, processes, metrology technology and set up process recipe.
2.Maintain advanced mask product recipe and yield
3.Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues in advanced mask processes
4.Make continuous improvement of developing advanced process to get yield improvement
5.Document technology manual and development reports.
6.File targeted numbers of IP/Patents.

Job Requirements:
1.BS, or MS in engineering or science majors.
2.1~2 years experience in photo module engineer or mask process engineer
3.Good analytical/statistical and basic hands-on skill
4.Good verbal and oral communication skill in English.
