岗位职责和要求：
Responsibility: Manage the QA team to test handheld products in hardware, software and system level quality, and to get the certification and also to verify the third party contents inter-operability. Manage the software release versions.

Qualification
Experience:
Bachelor Degree or above, in computer or related majors.
At least 5 years experience in QA related jobs. Over 2+ years QA lead or management experiences.

Professional Skills:
Good understanding of embedded system and consumer electronic devices production.
Prior experience on leading a testing team to test mobile phone or PDA and capable of qualification for consumer electronic products.
Prior experience on test suite creation, defect tracking and product release for consumer electronic products
Familiar with software process and software engineering.
Solid knowledge and skills about testing technologies and methods of white-box and black-box testing.
Conduct the software release control.
Able to train QA engineers and build and lead the QA team.

Soft Skills:
Be good at English spec reading & writing
Good communication skills
Good teamwork with developer team.
