岗位职责和要求：
Job Responsibilities:
Help all employees to solve all PC related problems, including office and Fab
-To answer Helpdesk phone call, process user requests, troubleshooting and support office system, hardware, software and networking.
-On day / night shift duty
-To generate log report for management
-PC inventory control, distribution and installation
-Support Office Automation, FAB PC and EAP, office PC, printer hardware and device
-Account Operator, Printer Operator
-Support standardized Operating system
-Support and distribute standard software and applications
-User error trouble shooting

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related subject
- Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work day/ night 12-hour shift.
