Position:Warehouse Manager
Directly Report to:Managing Director
Job Location:Suzhou


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the management of the company’s warehouse;
- Ensure all of materials, finished goods and other stock parts are kept in safety condition and delivered to target customers, both of the internal and the external, in timely manner;
- Establish, maintain and audit warehouse system, including procedure, paperwork, security, scraping;
- Coordinate with purchase, material control and production departments to meet the material requirements of the company’s production and other operations as well as suppliers;
- Coordinate with shipping and planning departments to ensure delivery the products and service parts to customers in timely manner, driving packaging and shipping cost reduction;
- Plan and organize the warehouse stock area and provide optimal utilization of the company’s storage space;
- Ensure all stocks are kept in good status and safety conditions, provide and maintain a clean and safe environment in Warehouse;
- Provide storage management report and data to the company’s management team and the related functions on regular basis;
- Develop and trains the warehouse team, maintain the team’s competency and its ability to grow up sustained;
- Update SAP/ERP system information in time;
- Continuous improve warehouse material flow process;
- Lead warehouse project such as re-set up, re-layout, re-process, re-team.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4 years degree in a relevant discipline;
- 5+ years warehousing/distribution experience with a multinational operation;
- 3+ years’ management experience in warehousing;
- Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with computerized warehouse management system;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
