岗位职责和要求：
TITLE:Manufacturing Engineering Manager
DEPARTMENT:Manufacturing
LOCATION: Suzhou
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
SUMMARY:
Assume leadership role on new programs and a support role on current programs for preliminary process flow development, identifying new tool/equipment needs, determine new tooling design requirements, procurement/follow-up delivery of tooling/equipment and forecast, track tooling/equipment expenses and develop capacity plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assume leadership role in the identification and development of key tooling and equipment suppliers.
Develop formal tooling kickoff and tracking process.
Assume leadership role on the DFM.DFA process and Product Engineering interface.
Support the development and execution of program timing plans.
Assume leadership role in the planning and conducting of Program Process Reviews.
Evaluation of current and new customer specifications to determine impact and feasibility.
Participate in product launches for automotive components.
Supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
Forecast and track tooling & equipment expenses.
Develop capacity plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 7 to 10 years of related automotive experience in wire harness manufacturing.
Familiar with PC software (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project).
Experience in capacity planning and manufacturing equipment.
