Position:Gear Processing Engineer - 1059
Director Report to:Operation Manager
Job Location:Suzhou


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC cylindrical gear & spiral bevel gear manufacturing and inspection equipment;
- Develop, implement & enforce robust in-process control on gear manufacturing team;
- Lead gear manufacturing process & quality trouble shooting, and drive root cause analysis & continuous improvement;
- Keep up daily gear production, in-process quality control and cost reduction;
- Work with new product development project team on new gearing manufacturing process development;
- Train & coach technicians on cylinder gear hobbing & spiral bevel gear cutting processes & inspection techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:
？
- Min. BS ME or MFG related Engineering required;
- 5+ years Manufacturing/Engineering experience on CNC cylinder gear hobbing & spiral bevel gear cutting;
- Thorough understanding of gear generation processes, profile/lead inspection & functional rolling check setup;
- Good background of 6-sigma DMAIC understanding is a plus;
- High volume manufacturing production working environment experience preferred;
- Self motivated & positive working attitude;
- Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin are required;
- Written and verbal communication skills in English are desired.
