-In order to improve our internal processes and to support our ambitious development plan, it has been decided to open a new position of Supply Chain Manager for our assembly operation in the company. As the supply chain Manager, you will report to the AC Wuxi General Manager and be an active member of the Management Team.
-Your mission will be to define and to manage in an efficient way the complete logistic process from customer contact and order processing to the transport of finished goods and the final invoicing.
-Responsible for customer contact to organise for customer value and trust
-Responsible to organize transport (in and out bound) in the most cost efficient way
-Responsible for custom clearance
-Organize and follow up of the performance and efficiency of the complete supply chain using KPI's
-Responsible to define and audit the logistic flow from suppliers and production to final customers
-Control the department expense esp. transportation cost within the budget.
-To build up a strong supply chain team with qualified staffs by proper selection, training and motivation.
-The mission includes also cycle counting and accurancy of the datas in BPCS system
-You will have to run your mission in close cooperation with the Manufacturing Manager, Sourcing Manager and the Business Controller as you will have to maintain the most convenient balance between short delivery time and capital efficiency.

要求详细描述:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, business administration, international trade or related area.
2. Over 5 years experience in logistic field (purchasing, planning, customs clearance, warehousing management) of manufacturing enterprise, with at least 3 years as managerial role.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in Customs regulations and procedures, warehouse and transport management.
4. Good coordination skills, great sense of urgency, discipline and detail oriented.
5. Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills.
