1)Define the industrial fine blanking tool and contribute to its performance
taking into account requirements for standardization, flexibility, costs,
quality and safety;
2)Ensure technical feasibility and fulfillment of the customer's product
specifications, specially from the different assembly lines;
3)Participate to the FMEA product and process for recliners;
4)Help to achieve targets for the launch of new products: costs, quality,
and deadlines;
5)Implement and improve tooling, machine and new production procedures;
6)Manage technical integration of co-developers tools suppliers;
7)Manage the product and processes definitions all along the development
cycle;
8)Manage the fine blanking network with France, Poland, Germany and Canada.
9)Responsible of the action plan for the progress in term of technical
validation;
10)Actor of the implementation of the Faurecia Excellence System in the fine
blanking machine;
11)Market reach for press, lubrication, material and tooling relative with
fine blanking technology;

要求详细描述--
1)Experience in Methods / Industrialization of 3 - 4 years;
2)Experience in mechanics industry, ideally in automotive industry;
3)Experience Plan;
4)Knowledge of industrial data processing and especially, practise of
AUTOCAD (software to implement the lay-out of a production line);
5)To know how to time production operations and to formalize a production
range;
6)Practise of problem solving group; Practise of IT and finance oriented;
7)Knowledge of modern industrial tools;
8)Knowledge of ergonomics would be a plus;
9)Technical knowledge of the fine blanking technology;
