岗位职责和要求：
MAJOR SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide excellent service to all customers of the lab, internal and external.
2.Prepare test schedules for technicians and manage workflow, providing assistance/guidance as needed with clear instruction.
3.Work with requestors and management to complete incoming Engineering Test Requests by creating test plans, initiating tests, and ensuring timely completion.
4.Evaluate, analyze, and report on the reliability/performance of Littelfuse and competitor products.
5.Work with NPD, Sales/Marketing, and Operations to develop reliability test requirements, procedures, and routines.
6.Work with other engineers and/or customers to develop/automate reliability test equipment and circuits using hardware and software tools such as VEE, LabWindows, Visual Basic, and others to speed testing or data collection/analysis.
7.Generate reliability reports with data/trend analysis and present to NPD, Sales/Marketing, Operations, and outside Customers with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
8.Communicate test status and results through updates in the Engineering Test Request System, caWeb, and direct contact.
9.Work with the respective Quality Manager, Product/Process Engineers, Advanced Materials Lab, and other labs to thoroughly investigate device failures during testing and assist in providing Failure Analysis Reports to lab customers as required.
10.Build core team competencies by disseminating technical information to, training, and mentoring other engineers and technicians.
11.Identify and recommend reliability test equipment, new tools, and procedure improvements to Lab Manager.
12.Submit purchase requests for consumable items and new equipment to lab manager.
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
2.Solid knowledge of statistical analysis.
3.Solid understanding of analog/digital electronics.
4.Ability to read/draw and interpret schematics.
5.Good oral and written communication skills in English.
6.Ability to operate well independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
7.Certified as Reliability Engineer through ASQ.
8.Fluent in industry and military reliability test standards.
9.Familiarity with circuit protection products operation and/or design.
10.Work experience designing/assembling reliability test equipment in a lab environment.
11.Work experience in Failure Analysis.
12.Experience in design or production process of Littelfuse or competitor protection devices.
