岗位职责和要求:

Key Accountabilities
1.Strategy & Planning
Contribute to achieving HCN's overall sales strategy through the co-ordination of the sales effort ensure sales processes and systems are consistently applied.
Provide feedback to Senior Management regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales process and other sales management practices to ensure continual process improvement.
Ensure any changes which affect the sales effort are communicated and implemented smoothly.
Lead Staff in the development of account plans and meet regularly to review and monitor these for quality and content.
2.Sales & Territory Management
Work with Regional Team (and Sales Force) to help identify high potential prospects, customers & sales opportunities and contact plans.
Work closely with Regional Teams (and Sales Force) on territory design and account planning.
Oversee the implementation of territory plans.
3.People Management & Development
Ensure the transfer of skills and experience to assist individual development by conducting an appropriate mix of field coaching, one-on-one coaching sessions, team training and workshops.
Provide advice to Staff as required regarding business development, customer management and internal process issues.
Complete a formal performance review with each Staff Member.
Track and monitor individual performance against targets and objectives.
Develop individual action plans to ensure performance issues are resolved and to assist individuals to achieve optimum performance levels.
4.Product & Industry Knowledge
Maintain a thorough awareness of HCN's products / services including value proposition and competitor offerings.
Maintain a thorough understanding of HCN’s contractual obligations.
Conduct research into competitor product suites and monitor / report on competitor strategies.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of industry and local labor market conditions.
5.Administration
Plan and facilitate team meetings and training / briefing sessions as required.
Track and monitor Staff expenditure.
Track and record individual and sales performance in relation to targets.
Formally review / appraise Staff performance quarterly.
Provide weekly / monthly reporting as required.
Act as a contact point for referral for difficult customer complaints and or requests.
Requirements:
Business or Engineering degree or equivalent
Specific technical, specialized or professional know-how needed
Knowledge and level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages required
Experience in customer sales and distribution process, awareness of commercial and financial pressures within both the customer and Hagemeyer's operation
University Degree in Engineering, Business, or related; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience..
