岗位职责和要求：
Responsibility:
1.Serve & develop sales accounts through establishing good relationship with customers to achieve preset sales targets
2.Maximize kit sales by selling all the line cards to penetrate the customer base with value added services
3.Identify Altera production applications (design in) in the market to explore business opportunities within customer base
4.Review customers' buffer request regularly to minimize delinquencies and cancellations
Collect market information and submit reports about Distributor Total Available Market (DTAM) opportunities and competition for management reference

Requirement:
- Knowledge
1.A degree in Electronic Engineering or its equivalent
2.With at least 3 years of technical sales experience, with understanding of electronics components, providing basic solutions to technical design needs of customers
