Jobscopes:
厂家：华为/Ericsson
-基站规划，寻找和规划最好的基站位置，达到最好的覆盖效果
-基站勘测：确定和规划天线的位置，高度和角度
-完成DT测试和数据分析
-网络规划：频率和BSS参数的规划
-网络优化：频率和BSS参数的优化和调整，KPI指标的优化
-完成整理优化报告和报表
-TRX升级，扩容的规划和优化

要求
-有效期：2008-5
-电子，电信或通信专业
-3-5年GSM无线网络优化，规划经验
-自学能力强
-能长期出差

POSITION: GSM RF/OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER and SNR ENGINEER

Jobscopes:
-Site Selection – Identify Suitable Site Location for Optimum Coverage
-Perform Technical Site Survey – Identify Antenna Location, Height, Direction
-Perform Drive-test and Logfiles Analysis.
-Network Detailed Planning - Frequency and BSS Parameter Planning
-Perform swap site planning and verification and optimization
-Network Optimization – Frequency and BSS Parameter Fine-tuning to meet the given network KPI target
-Design & Optimization Report Preparation
-TRX upgrade planning and optimization


Requirement:

-Availability: January 2008
-Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communications Engineering
-3-5 year experiences in GSM Network Design and Optimization.
-Self-motivated, with keen analytical and technical skills
-Willing to travel
