- Hardware maintaining;
- Update software, Isolate and diagnose common software and hardware problems;
- Equipment managing, repairing and maintaining;
- Training new employees on user account/file server/phone system/Email system/SMSKING/Fax system/MSN.
- Support employees on conference call system, skype, MSN, Live Meeting.
Requirements:
- College graduate or above;
