ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS主要职责

To perform all duties according to BDEA Quality, Safety and Employee Policies and procedures根据BDEA的质量政策、安全政策和员工政策及工作流程履行以下职责:
-Design, develop and implement Preventative Maintenance Programs (PMP) for all manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous, efficient, safe & cost-effective operation of equipment. Develop & maintain annual budget for the same. 为确保所有设备在持续、有效、安全及合理预算的条件下，制定、发展和执行预防维护程序(PMP)，并合理设定及履行年度预算。
-Train manufacturing for routine PM; interact directly with Engineering staff relative to equipment maintenance control, and to maintain P.M.P. records and history. 培训生产部日常预防维护，与工程部相关人员共同进行设备维护管理。确保P.M.P.记录并存档。
-Perform scheduled & unscheduled maintenance. 履行各项常规维护及临时故障维修。
-Trouble-shoot equipments and other facilities. 解决所有车间和设备故障。
-Schedule outside service vendors and to assist them with repairs on machinery. 计划、协助供应商设备的维护及维修。
-Direct the activity associated with the installation of new equipment. Support the development of equipment set-up procedures and instructions. 指导完成新设备的安装，协助制定新设备开发的流程和使用说明。

QUALIFICATIONS职位要求

Education and Skills学历和技能：
-Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical or related science. 候选人应具备本科学历，机械或机电工程相关专业。
-Knowledge and practical experience with manufacturing equipment: air compressors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and other various machines. 具备各种生产设备（如空压机，气动系统，液压系统和其他机械等）的专业知识，并具备实际操作经验。
-Knowledge and practical experience with electric maintenance. 具备电力专业知识和实际操作经验。
-Knowledge and practical experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Control). 具备PLC专业知识和实际操作经验。
-Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and scheduling. 具备预防性维护知识和计划制定经验。
-Knowledge of Word, Excel is required. 能熟练使用微软word，excel。
-Knowledge of ISO 9001 is required. 了解ISO 9001。
-Interest in outdoor sports is preferred. 户外运动爱好者为佳。

Language Skills语言能力
-Candidates is preferred be able to read, write, and speak English in addition to Mandarin. 会说普通话，具备英语读、写、说能力者为佳。

Work Experience工作经验
-Candidates should have 10 years equipment maintenance and management experience, the ideal candidate will have at least two years experience with a foreign invested enterprise. 候选人须有5年以上设备维护和管理经验，最好有2年以上外资企业工作经验。.
