岗位职责和要求：
Job Description
Based in Zhongshan office you will manage team of QC and Technical staff to ensure consistent quality standards for the brands. You will drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, conduct vendor assessments, and oversee all technical aspects of apparel product development including packaging to production sample approvals.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, computerized pattern making & grading system is a must
- Preferably graduate from technical institute in garment, particularly in paper pattern construction & grading
-Experience in interpreting Buyer’s technical packages. Must also be capable of interpreting Buyer’s requested changes and direct corrections
-Excellent communication skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is essential.
-Good Microsoft Office / PC skills
-A broad knowledge of all Quality Assurance/Control standards such as, ASTM, ISO 9000


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Enhance the competences of the team members by upgrading their technical know-how as well as trouble-shooting skill sets.
- Ensure samples are conformed to the buyer’s quality specification and requirements.
-Establish and communicate quality standards and procedures to team members and suppliers
-Drive quality improvement programs in all levels to maintain the brands reputation in the market place
-Excellent leadership, communication and strategic planning skills
-Train Q.C. teams to ensure correct product implementation to decrease production approval delay from Initial sampling to bulk production.
-Understand Buyers’ quality & measurement standards and procedures, and maintain for easy access. Educate Merchandising teams and vendors on the standards and requirements.
- Ensure all sample evaluations are carried out and approved properly & timely and system in place to monitor their accuracy & turnaround time from initial sample to production.
-Gives production approval in conformity to buyer’s specification
-Manage & evaluate comments/results for easy retrieval for all concerned parties, i.e. Merchandiser, QC, and Supplier, .
-Continuous process improvements for higher efficiency..
