职位描述
岗位职责和要求：
工作地点：宁波
主要职责：
1.Visit dealers on weekly basis; The important dealers once or twice per week at least;
2.other dealers once per two weeks at least;
3.Conduct continuous training to dealer, from Salesman level to GM level;
4.Retail: Penetration ratio of Dealers in main charge area;
5.Instruct and manage FC to reach sales target or support the sales manager to manage the sales force;
6.Reject ratio can not be over 50%.
任职资格：
1.At least 3 years experience in auto sales;
2.In-depth knowledge of the auto finance products;
3.Good at business communication;
4.Sales target oriented;
5.University degree is essential;
6.Fluent both in written and oral English..
