岗位职责和要求：
Position Summary:
Responsible for all OEM finish goods purchasing. Specifically includes:
- Manage supplier development, evaluation, management & performance ratings
- Cooperate with global Supply Chain team for the global procurement activities
- Establish long-term relationships with Strategic Suppliers that place Company in a lead position with its suppliers thereby assuring continuity of supply and best in class quality and pricing to provide advantage to Company and its customers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, engineering, or other similar majors
- At least 5 years experience in various procurement functions, experience in outdoor gear/PPE industry is preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
