岗位职责和要求：
Job Description:
1.Self-motivated and self-starter.
2.Ready to learn new skills.
3.Sense of urgency
4.Customer service oriented mind set
5.Excellent read and write English communication skill
6.Minimum of 2 years of COBOL programming experience, including VSAM.
7.Minimum of solid 6 month JCL programming experience.
8.Minimum of 6 month TSO or equivalent experience
9.Familiar with Unix commands and scripting language
10.Familiar with PL/SQL programming language
11. English speaking ability is a strong plus
12. Leadership ability is a plus
