岗位职责和要求：
Responsibilities
-Support the Design manager in project design and development
负责OEM项目设计任务
-Support Project Engineers in following up the design of new OEM projects
支持项目工程师进行OEM新项目的设计
-Constant design improvement according to the actual situation or request from marketing department
根据实际情况或市场部要求进行设计改善
-Provide support (trouble shooting) for manufacturing of the project in the production line.
向生产线提供方法并协助解决实际生产中发生的问题
-Responsible for the components and first product qualification.
负责组件和首次产品的确认工作
-Prepare and update component and product specifications as per engineering change notice, product renovation etc.
根据工程的更改和产品改革信息等准备和更零件和产品规格
-Prepare for and make sure the ECN and PCN can be effectively implemented.
确保ECN和PCN流程能有效执行

Qualifications
-good English speaking, reading and writing.
良好的英语读写说能力
-College degree or above on mechanical or electronic engineering
大专或以上学历, 机械或电子专业
-At least 2 years design experience，battery pack design or packaging and technology design experience is preferable.
两年以上设计工作经验, 电池组设计或包装或工艺设计经验优先
-Good computer skill (Microsoft office, CAD: solid work or Pro-e)
良好的电脑操作技巧 (办公软件, CAD软件如：solid work 或Pro-e)
-Be familiar with Graphic software ( illustrator CS or Photo shop)
熟悉平面设计软件：illustrator CS or Photo shop
-Strong responsibility and can handle many projects at same time

-Good team work spirit and cooperation ability.
