岗位职责和要求：

The Company is an European company and is one of the world leading high fashion and designer branded luxury lifestyle products group with retail and wholesale business in Hong Kong and China.

<u>Position Overview</u>
- Report to the General Manager in Hong Kong, the Finance Manager will lead a team of accountants to ensure proper financial and accounting records - general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivable, inter-group transaction.
- Review the accounting process and develop procedures in compliance with the head office requirements on reporting and control
- Prepare financial accounts and group reporting package
- Perform credit and payment control, cash and merchant bank account management
- Liaise with corporate counterparts, auditors and tax consultants.
- Support business managers on wholesale and lease agreement

<u>Candidate Specification</u>
- Suitable candidates will have a university degree with professional accountancy qualification and a minimum of 10 years' all around finance and accounting experience.
- Work experience with sizable or multinational companies in the retail & wholesale or import & export industry is required.
- Well-versed in China accounting and tax matters, gained from a foreign invested enterprise is a must.
- Candidates should have good accounting knowledge and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the department and be self motivated to take on initiatives to support the growth of the business.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
