Duties
- Establishes a business plan for the Telephone Sales Representative territories in their control to maximize business growth and customer retention.
- Works with Telephone Sales Representative to teach them how to use sales tools (i.e., the funnel) to develop appropriate sales strategies.
- Ensures Telephone Sales Reprehensive & Customer Service Reprehensive have the right number of accounts identified to achieve the target growth rates.
- Tracks results on an on-going basis and follows up to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Work with the Sales Managers in providing in-house customer service support (through the CSRs) to the Account Executives so as to increase their customer related time.
- Coordinate with other UPS Sales Functions

Requirements:
- University graduate in Foreign Trade or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years relevant solid experience, and 2 years management experiences
- Good communication skills and good command of English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently and under pressure
