岗位职责和要求：
Requirement:
1.University degree or equivalent on mechanical/metal related subjects.
2.5 years experience in hardware or auto components manufacturing plant, at least 3 years' experience in quality engineer or above position.
3.Fluent English in both verbal and written, CET 4 above
4.Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001:2000 ; 6-sigma; QC-7 ways etc.
5.Good communication skills and leadership
6.Be proficient with pc in all aspects of MS office, SAP experience is preferred.
7.Rich experience in QA system implementation and execution, as well as supplier quality management.

Job Description:
1.Maintain and improve ISO quality system,
2.Conduct the quality training to QA staff as well as other related employees, to raise the general QA awareness of all employees
3.Monitoring the on-time delivery of quality products/samples/documents.
4.Daily monitoring of actual quality and quality reports,
5.Controlling and reducing quality cost while maintaining or improving quality programs,
6.Process improvement together with production or suppliers, ongoing interaction with production department to fully implement all quality standard required.
7.Daily communication with other departments and suppliers concerning QA issues..
